The Big Scream Halloween Festival returns to Dublin’s North East Inner City for 13 days of spooky fun, community events and family-friendly activities under the theme The Undead – 13 Nights of Fright.
Highlights include Halloween history tours, creative workshops, Fright Night Bingo, Songs for Samhain and a candlelight reading of Bram Stoker’s Dracula’s Guest. The festival culminates on Saturday 31 October with the Big Scream Carnival, featuring a parade, Halloween activities, movies , Zombie Land and a sensory-friendly hour for families seeking a quieter experience.
Organised by Dublin City Community Co-op with support from the NEIC initiative and Dublin City Council, the festival offers free public activities, with advance registration required for some events.
